Psychoeducational & Processing Groups

This group is designed for women that have experienced generational sexual trauma, sexual abuse and/or assault, sex trafficking, exploitation, or harassment. You are invited to join this weekly group of women to learn about trauma responses and how to overcome them in order to live powerful and fulfilling lives. We will utilize experiential and educational processing to reclaim your power.

In the group setting, we discuss ways to experience safety and stabilization. Healing and living our best lives does not happen if we don’t first feel safe. We then move into remembering and mourning what we lost as a result of trauma. We will conclude our group finding ways to reconnect and find commonality with those trusted ones in our life.
